All our firework products conform to BRITISH STANDARD BS 7114, Part 2; 1988 or EN14035 and are supplied on the condition they will be used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions supplied.

Delivery & Returns

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. Where an individual product is unavailable we will try to contact you and offer an alternative. If a product from a selection or display pack is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute this with a similar item of equal or greater value.

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

Delivery is only available to the UK mainland. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 1-3 working days. If we are unable to despatch your order within 5 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Prices and Payment

The price shown for the goods is is UK Pounds £ Sterling and excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout before you are asked to confirm the order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Confirmation of order does not stipulate a contract exists between us until we have confirmed that we can fulfil your order, once we have established this we will debit your card. At this time your order will show as processed. Up until this time you may cancel your order by telephone on 01743 861190 or by email on sales@shropshirefireworks.co.uk without incurring any costs.

Cancellation and Returns

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. The information on how to cancel and the Cancellation Form will be sent with the goods, together with the postal details of where to return the goods. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.

Confidentiality

All confidential information is held securely. We do not store any financial information. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Indemnity & Jurisdiction

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Limitation of Sellers Liability

Except as provided in these conditions or otherwise agreed by the seller in writing and except where death or personal injury has been caused by the sellers negligence, no warranty, conditions, representation, undertaking or obligation, expressed or implied, imposed by statute, common law, custom, course of dealing or otherwise on the part of the seller shall apply in respect of the goods.

Where the goods, or any part thereof, are supplied, designed or manufactured other than by the seller, the sellers obligations to the buyer shall not exceed those owed to the seller by the relevant supplier, manufacturer or designer.

Insurance

The buyer must ensure that he has adequate and relevant insurance cover for the materials in his possession The buyer must confirm to the seller in writing that he holds adequate Public and Product liability insurance to cover any losses arising out of the holding, use or firing of the materials whether by the buyer themselves or on his behalf or in respect of others to whom he may pass the materials.

Force Majeure

The seller shall be relieved of its obligations wherever and to the extent to which fulfillment is prevented, frustrated or impeded as a consequence of any cause outside the reasonable control of the seller including (but not limited to) Acts of God, fire, floods, war or civil disturbance or riot, Acts of Government, currency restriction or fluctuation, labor disputes, strikes, unavailability of materials or failure of supplier or subcontractor to deliver on time.

Severability & Jurisdiction

The invalidity of the whole or any part of these conditions shall not affect the validity of the remaining part of the particular 'Condition' or these 'Conditions'.

These conditions and contract of which they form shall be construed in accordance with English law and the buyer hereby submits to jurisdiction of the English Court.

Statutory Rights

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
